Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof by email before production begins. Please review all names, numbers, statistics, spelling and design details carefully before approving it.

Yes. You can request reasonable corrections or adjustments before approving your proof. Once the design has been approved and production begins, additional changes may no longer be possible.

Each individual custom sports-card order includes three professionally printed cards, one card displayed in a protective graded-style slab, a premium gift box and a digital card file for easy sharing.

No. Our cards are presented in protective graded-style display slabs with custom collector labels, but they are not authenticated or graded by a third-party grading company. The grade shown on the label is part of the personalized card design.

Upload the highest-resolution original photo available. Clear images with good lighting and an unobstructed view of the subject work best. Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images or photos downloaded from social media whenever possible.

Yes. Provide your team colors and upload a clear, high-resolution logo when the product form requests one. If you don’t have a logo file, include any helpful team information in the order notes.

Digital proofs are typically sent within 1–2 business days after we receive all required photos and information. Once approved, individual card orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping time is additional. For team and league orders, we recommend contacting us at least three to four weeks before the cards are needed.

No. In addition to custom sports cards, we create personalized collectibles for pets, weddings, engagements, babies, families and other meaningful occasions.

Because every order is personalized and made specifically for you, sales are final once production begins. If we make an error, we’ll correct and replace the affected item. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within five business days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
