Shipping Policy

At ProMinted, every card is professionally printed, carefully assembled and inspected before it ever leaves our hands. Good things take a little time and we think you'll agree it's worth the wait.

1. Order Processing Time

Every ProMinted order goes through a multi-step production process. Your card is printed by our professional print partner, shipped to our studio in Massachusetts, hand assembled and quality checked before we ship it out to you.

• Single Card Orders: Please allow 7 to 10 business days from order placement to shipment.
• Team and League Packages: These are larger custom productions. We recommend reaching out at least three to four weeks before you need cards in hand. Your timeline will be confirmed when your order is placed.

We believe every card deserves to be done right. We don't cut corners on production and we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

• Ground Shipping: Typically 2 to 5 business days within the continental U.S. after shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

5. Delays and Issues

We take pride in getting every order out accurately and on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or circumstances outside our control. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional help we're always here.
