Refund Policy
At ProMinted every card is made to order and produced with care. Because each order is fully custom we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. That said we stand behind our work and we'll always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of every ProMinted order, all sales are final once your order enters production. We encourage you to review all submitted information carefully before placing your order including player name, spelling, stats and photo quality.
2. Errors Made By You
If your order contains a spelling error, incorrect information or a low quality photo that was submitted by you, we are unable to offer a refund. However we want your card to be something you're proud of. A replacement card can be ordered at a discounted rate. Just reach out to chris@baseballmode.com
To avoid this please double check all names, numbers and details before submitting your order. Once production begins we cannot make changes.
3. Errors Made By Us
If we make a mistake on our end, whether that's a spelling error, a print defect, damage during assembly or anything that doesn't match what you submitted, we will reprint and replace your order at absolutely no cost to you. No hassle, no back and forth. Just a new card on its way.
4. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at chris@baseballmode.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to find the best resolution as quickly as possible.
