How the Submission Process Works
Once your order is placed, we send you a link to a simple online form. You drop it in your group chat or email it to your team. Each family fills out their own player's info, name, jersey number, position, stats, and uploads a photo directly.
You set a deadline. We collect everything in one place, send each family a digital mockup to approve, then print and slab the full team in one run. No spreadsheets, no cash collection, no chasing anyone down.
