1. What is ProMinted?

ProMinted creates professional quality custom trading cards and keepsakes for youth sports leagues, teams and families. We print on the same caliber equipment used by the biggest names in the trading card industry, so your kid's card looks and feels like the real deal, because it is.

2. How does the ordering process work?

It's simple. You submit your photo and player information through our online order form, choose your package and we handle the rest. Design, printing and packaging all done for you. Your finished card arrives ready to gift, display or add to the collection.

4. How far in advance do I need to order?

For single card orders, turnaround is quick and you won't need much lead time at all. For full team or league packages, we recommend reaching out at least three to four weeks before you need cards in hand. This gives us time to collect everything, nail the design and get through production without rushing.

5. How long will it take to get my order?

Single card orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed. Team and league packages require additional production time and we recommend reaching out at least three to four weeks before you need cards in hand. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

6. What is your return policy?

Because every ProMinted order is fully custom and made just for you, all sales are final once production begins. If we make an error on our end we will reprint and replace your order at no charge, no questions asked. If the mistake is in the information you submitted, a replacement card can be ordered at a discounted rate. If your order arrives damaged please contact us at chris@baseballmode.com within 5 business days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
